This is pretty good!
I think the person above over-exaggerated the amount of changes required. The healthy hair thing is dependent on how thick the persons hair actually is in my opinion.

Eh, my hair used to be super, super thick before I started ruining it with bleach, and it was always reeeeeally flat. I would always snag it up at the roots or straighten it upward so it would appear like a sweet mane.

I of course, am still in the very long, dwindling process of learning how to draw semi-realistically. That being said, I'm definitely open to any suggestions people have to make. I'd totally redo this, but I'm just way too lazy. Thanks for the pointers though!

Nicely done, I especially like the detail on her shoulderpads. However, if you don't mind a bit of critique (Even if this is a bit old), the hair and her head seem a bit squished. To illustrate my point, I've done a quick redline of this, if you'd like a visual for what I'm trying to explain > [link] .

I've noticed it's because of the way I draw lol. I've started to lift up the paper and glance at it at a 90 degree angle to see if it looks fine, if not I twink it a bit. But thank you for the advice, of course!
